By using LUFS Optimizer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Use of the Service

LUFS Optimizer provides an online tool that allows users to upload MP4 files, optimize audio loudness, and download processed files. The service is currently provided free of charge, but features may change over time.

User Content

You are responsible for any file you upload. You may only upload files that you own, created, licensed, or otherwise have permission to process.

Copyright Responsibility

LUFS Optimizer does not grant you rights to any music, video, image, recording, or other copyrighted material. You remain responsible for complying with copyright law and platform rules when uploading, processing, downloading, or publishing content.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to upload illegal, harmful, abusive, malicious, infringing, deceptive, or unauthorized content. You may not attempt to overload, attack, reverse engineer, bypass limits, or interfere with the website or server.

Temporary File Processing

Uploaded and processed files are temporary. Files may be deleted automatically after approximately 24 hours or sooner if needed for security, maintenance, or server storage reasons.

Service Availability

We aim to keep LUFS Optimizer available and working properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific processing times, or compatibility with every MP4 file.

No Warranty

The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the processed file will meet every loudness, quality, platform, or compatibility requirement.

Limitation of Liability

LUFS Optimizer is not responsible for damages, losses, copyright claims, upload failures, processing errors, lost files, platform rejections, or other issues resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
